I.                       WHY DO PEOPLE GET SICK EASILY NOWADAYS?

WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT IT?

 

            In today’s society, people are increasingly better off, science and technology are getting more advanced, and well-equipped hospitals are constantly being built. As such, people today should be getting healthier and suffering from fewer illnesses.  However, this is not so.  Have you ever asked yourself:-

 

·                Why so many people suffering from all sorts of illnesses?

·                Why are these illnesses getting more complicated and some even ‘incurable’ (such as Leukemia, SARS, etc.)?

·                Why is the age group of the people afflicted by these illnesses getting younger and younger?

                     The above are our daily needs necessary to keep us alive and it is unthinkable that these are the very elements that are killing us slowly day by day and bit by bit by poisoning our blood and weakening our immune defence system.

 

            How do we overcome the real risks imposed onto our Body by the above-mentioned poisonous yet life-supporting elements to remain healthy?

 

            Our body possesses an in-born immune defence system powered by a source of energy called ‘Vital Energy’ which has the ability to fight illnesses, eliminate poisons and fend off diseases. As we grow older, this Vital Energy would be used up gradually and also be weakened by the poisonous elements which we consume daily, thus depriving our body the ability to defend from illnesses and diseases.

 

            However, this Vital Energy can be further developed, enhanced and strengthened through an exercise called ‘Qi-Gong’.

 

II          What is Qi-Gong?

 

            ‘Qi’ is the air we breathe in and the food we eat;

            ‘Gong’ is the art of converting the air and food into ‘Vital Energy’ or “Qi”.

          (Note: Qi-gong is neither religious nor racial but essentially an exercise to rejuvenate our body system).

The Qigong Exercises consist of 4 lessons, 1 lesson per week of approximately 2 hours, to be taught by Master Albert Shoon, with more than 14 years of Qigong experiences.

         

Master Albert has learnt Qigong from many renowned Grand Masters and he will share the benefits of the different Qigong practices.
